KREAYSHAWN COVERS COMPLEX

Kreayshawn graces the cover of Complex’s October/November issue and talks about her career beginnings and her current success. The Bay Area rapper stated, “I never made anything with the intention of signing a record deal. It was just for fun. The moment I realized I could get a record deal, was when I got a record deal. I didn’t see myself getting famous.” The “Gucci Gucci” fem-cee added, “People say, ‘You’re changing the game.’ I’m just being me. This is what I’ve been doing.” The issue hits newsstands on October 4th.

YELAWOLF ISSUES NEW VIDEO WITH LIL JON

To help get fans more excited about the upcoming release of his debut album, Yelawolf has issued the visual to his new single, “Hard White (Up in the Club).” The Lil Jon-assisted cut is the first offering from the rapper’s highly anticipated Radioactive LP, which is scheduled to arrive on October 24th via Shady Records.

SWIZZ BEATZ WORKING WITH CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN

According to his official website, Swizz Beatz has landed a new role in helping designer Christian Louboutin create a signature sneaker. The fashion icon said of the hitmaker, “The wonderful thing to collaborate with someone like him is that you have no sense of boredom, no sense of exhaustion. It’s all great energy mixed with fun ideas.” He added that “Swizz is a colored mix of various influences” and that it was great working alongside him. BIG SEAN WILL RECORD WHILE ON TOUR

Big Sean is gearing up for his I Am Finally Famous tour, but he’s also started working on his sophomore album. The G.O.O.D. Music artist told Rap-Up.com, “I already got one song for the next album. I’ma have a studio bus on this tour, so I’ma be bangin’ that s**t out every night.” Fans can expect Big Sean’s Finally Famous trek to begin on October 2nd in Asheville, North Carolina.

BEYONCE LOVES SHOPPING FOR MATERNITY CLOTHES

While promoting the launch of her new House of Deréon line, Beyonce recently spilled to CNN what she enjoys most about her pregnancy. The diva revealed how “difficult” it was to conceal her baby bump before she announced that she was expected her first child and added, “Now that I can be proud and excited about it, I’m having so much fun shopping. It’s great.” Bey went on to say that the sex of the child has not been revealed just yet and explained that she’s “so delighted” about sharing a child with her husband, Jay-Z.

· Beyonce has been nominated for two MTV EMAs, including one for Best Female! The MTV EMAs 2011 will air on Sunday, November 6th from Belfast, Ireland.

J COLE ADDRESS ALBUM LEAK 

We just got the chance to check out J. Cole’s new record, “Nobody’s Perfect” featuring Missy Elliot, as well as other songs that leaked from his debut album, Cole World: The Sideline Story. He recently told Vibe.com how he feels about the songs coming out before the project hits stores. Cole stated, “I feel blessed. There’s been worse leaks than that so I understand it’s a part of the game, I always understood that. As long as people hear it together, it’s cool.” Be sure to pick up World: The Sideline Story next Tuesday.

RIHANNA TO DROP NEW SINGLE NEXT MONTH!

Rihanna will release “We Found Love” as the first single off her upcoming sixth album. The singer took to Twitter to make the announcement. The song was produced by Calvin Harris, who toured with RiRi earlier this summer, and will hit radio on October 11th.

MTV EUROPE AWARD NOMINATIONS RELEASED 

In case you missed it, Lady GaGa leads the nominees up for the 2011 MTV EMAs with six nominations. Following close behind the pop star are Adele, Katy Perry and Bruno Mars, who each scored four nods, while Coldplay earned three. TYRESE ISSUES NEW VIDEO FOR “STAY” 

Following the video for “I Gotta Chick,” Tyrese recently dropped the visual for his latest single, “Stay.” The clip includes a cameo from actress Taraji P. Henson, who portrays his love interest. In related news, the crooner’s new album, Open Invitation, will hit stores on November 1st.

NE-YO ENGAGED, EXPECTING ANOTHER BABY!

The news is out that Ne-Yo is not only expecting another child with his longtime girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw, but he’s also engaged! Us Weekly confirmed that this will be the singer’s second baby with Shaw, who delivered a healthy baby girl named Madilyn Grace in November 2010. The couple is expected to deliver next month.

BLACK EYED PEAS PREP CONCERT 4 NYC 

The Black Eyed Peas will perform in New York City’s Central Park on September 30th. The Concert 4 NYC was originally scheduled for June 9th, but was canceled due to extreme weather conditions. It will mark the first show in Central Park for the multi-platinum group. The concert will benefit the Robin Hood Foundation and its mission to fight poverty in New York City. Proceeds from the show will also fund the creation of three new sites for The Black Eyed Peas’ Peapod Academies in New York City.

· Individuals who won or purchased tickets for the June 9th concert who want to attend the September 30th show should watch for an email with instructions on how to claim replacement tickets for the concert. A small number of VIP tickets will be available for sale at BlackEyedPeas.RobinHood.org.
